LEAD PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR (FRONT OFFICE LEAD) 

Full-Time | Dental Office | 5+ Years Experience Required

We are seeking a Lead Patient Care Coordinator (Front Office Lead) to join our team and work side by side with the Office Leader to ensure exceptional patient care and smooth daily operations. This role is ideal for an experienced and motivated dental front office professional who excels in leadership, communication, and patient satisfaction.

As the Lead PCC, you will oversee front office operations, mentor team members, and ensure that the patient experience reflects the highest standard of care. You will serve as the key liaison between patients and providers, and between the front and back office, maintaining seamless communication and coordination.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of dental front office experience required
  • Proven leadership or team lead experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of general dentistry and dental insurance

SCHEDULE

  • Monday through Friday - 7:30am to 5:00pm

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the front office team, working in tandem with the Office Leader
  • Oversee daily front office operations, including scheduling, check-in/out, and patient flow
  • Greet patients and ensure a welcoming, professional experience
  • Present and review treatment plans, fees, and payment options with patients
  • Ensure case acceptance goals (90%+) are consistently met
  • Coordinate referrals and communication with external providers or specialists
  • Maintain and optimize scheduling systems to maximize efficiency
  • Train and support front office team members in processes, communication, and patient care standards
  • Monitor and manage patient accounts, insurance verification, and collections
  • Identify and implement process improvements in collaboration with the Office Leader
